These Terms explain how you may use UnfollowerSpy. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and only with Instagram data that belongs to you or that you are authorized to review.

What UnfollowerSpy Does

UnfollowerSpy is a browser-based tool that compares follower and following lists from an Instagram data export. The tool is designed to run locally in your browser. It does not ask for your Instagram password, does not connect to your Instagram account, and does not claim to provide live account monitoring.

No Instagram or Meta Affiliation

UnfollowerSpy is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any related company. Instagram and Meta names are used only to describe compatibility with user-exported data.

Your Responsibilities

• Use the tool only with data you have a right to access.
• Do not upload or process another person's export without permission.
• Review results carefully before taking action on your Instagram account.
• Do not use the site for harassment, abuse, scraping, spam, or unlawful activity.

Accuracy and Limitations

The results depend on the files included in your Instagram export and the date that export was created. If Instagram changes its export format, omits files, or delays data availability, results may be incomplete. UnfollowerSpy is provided as an account-cleanup aid, not as a guarantee of real-time follower status.

You are responsible for reviewing the results before making changes to your Instagram account. We are not responsible for unfollows, account actions, lost relationships, missed accounts, or other decisions made after using the tool.

Privacy

The privacy-first design of the tool is explained in our Privacy Policy. In short, the Instagram export comparison is intended to happen in your browser, and we do not intentionally collect or store the contents of your export file.

Advertising and Third Parties

The site may use analytics and advertising services. Third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies as described in the Privacy Policy. Ads, if shown after approval, are third-party content and do not represent our endorsement of the advertiser.

Availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the site at any time. We may also update parsing logic when Instagram changes export formats. We try to keep the tool useful, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every future export version.

We may update these Terms when the site changes or when legal, privacy, or advertising requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page.
